RoboSel 6
Release information - 17 March 2008

What's new?
RoboSel version 6 is now available. Apart from a general face lift for RoboSel itself and the sales documentation contained therein, there are a few more changes that we will point out below.
One of the important changes is that it better reflects our focus on our strong areas: pumps in special materials NiHard 4, stainless steel AISI 316 and duplex AISI 329.
Stick Downloadable version
We now have a downloadable version.
This will make it easier and faster to update data files and to make small corrections and additions.

RoboSelCD New installations can be made from the downloadable CD or through a (usually faster) installation update.
A USB memory stick proved to be a handy tool for updation more PC's and laptops.

RoboSel opening Wake up screen
On the wake up screen we now have 3 diffrent main pump groups.
- Sewage and waste water
- Slurry
- Drainage
The drainage section is added.

RoboSel selectie Sewage and waste water
New in the sewage secion is that we emphasize more on special materials AISI 316 and duplex stainless steel AISI 329. You can make a pre-reselecion on these materials and we introduced separate data sheets for cast iron and one for both versions of stainless steel.

Slurry
The RD / BD NiHard pumps are now in the Slurry section where they belong. You will no longer find them in the Sewage section. This way it is possible to use RoboSel's build in slurry calculation facility.

In the documentation you will find new models as follows:
. RD 4042 slim line version
. RD 4041 normal version with side connection
. RD 6141 slim line version
. RD 6140 normal version with side connection
Both options are available in normal duty and heavy duty dredge versions as before.

The former RV models heavy duty slurry pumps are removed from the standard range. A selection of models is still available upon demand. You can find all obsolete pumps by selecting "old".
Drainage
In the last section drainage you will find the new channel impeller pumps for drainage applications and for use general industry where the solids handling requirements are limited and no fibrous materials are entranced in the pumped medium. We will send more detailed information on this range soon.
RoboSel browse Documentation
You can still install all sales documentation from the CD as for previous versions, but now it is also possible to download and install these pdf files from the website without the need for a CD. The browse option is added.
RoboSel doc main After installation of the documentation you can access this by clicking Datasheets and a language. The new index screen should appear from which you can access all documentation.
The documentation is in line with the main index sewage - slurry - drainage. Where applicable submersible and dry installation are shown next to each other.

Don't forget to check out the contents of the buttons at the bottom for coupling details, accessories and general motor information applicable to all series.
RoboSel doc range In each pump range section you see the cast iron versions side by side with the stainless steel versions. Data sheets are now separate for cast iron and the stainless steel versions, reflecting our focus on these materials.
