RoboPart update and new installations
Update any version of RoboPart to version 1.58, following the instructions below.

| If you open the zip files, you must see a single directory only. If you see many files, safe the zip file and re-open it by right clicking and select [Open with Compressed Folders]. | | | | | If you do not have RoboPart installed yet start with Step 1 otherwise start with Step 3. |

| Step 1: New installations. Download and open the file "RoboPartNewInstallationFiles_2008-02.zip". Drag the folder "Robot" to the root directory of your drive C:\. C: can be any drive or directory on your PC. Open directory \Robot\RoboPart installation files\ and double click Autorun.exe. Follow the on screen instructions. Whip is best installed in your default Program Files directory as other non Robot programs might use it as well. We recommend installing RoboPart in C:\Robot\RoboPart\. C:\ might be any drive on your PC or if you want use C:\Program Files\. | | | | | Step 2: Create start up icon. For new installations select [Start] [All programs] and right click on RoboPart. Select [send to desktop] to create a start up icon on your desktop. Now continue with step 4. | | | | | Step 3: Where did you install RoboPart? Right click on the RoboPart icon on your desktop and select [Properties]. In target it should read something like C:\Robot\RoboPart\RoboPart.exe or C:\Program Files\RoboPart\RoboPart.exe. Remember the bold section for your installation. | | | | | Step 4: Update RoboPart data files. Download and open file "RoboPartUpdate_2010-06_Basic.zip". Drag and drop the single directory "RoboPart" to the bold directory found in step 3. Confirm to overwrite all existing files. |
