Spare Parts





Spare Parts availability
The remaining spare part stock was moved from Alphen to SDC Metz. Spare parts will be available up to 10 years after the purchase of the product. Standard components and other part that can easily be obtained from other sources are not available. More than 1000 items will be in the assortment and many will be kept on stock in SDC Metz.

Please, note that since the manufacturing volumes now decrease some parts may have a longer lead time than previously.
Ordering of Spare Parts
The Robot spare part customers should contact the local ITT W&WW Company for spare parts ordering from the ITT SDC's.

All orders must contain standard ITT W&WW part numbers only. Old Robot part numbers should be converted first.

The local ITT Service centre can assist you with this.
Identification of Spare Parts
The pumps data plates contain vital information to the as build version that you have. Check the details.

If it is a Robot, Flygt 8000 or Lowara DL pump, use the spare part selection tool RoboPart to identify the spare parts you need. In RoboPart you will also find the new ITT W&WW part number. If no number is found in RoboPart, the item is not available as spare part anymore.

All product documentation like performance curves, rating etc. will be kept available this site for many years as reference.
Warranty
Warranty is provided through the ITT Service organisations worldwide as pet ITT standard practises.
